WHEREAS, ANTHONY E. JONES and THERESA M. LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BIDDERS The Town of Smyrna will accept bids on the Smyrna Golf Course Club House Roof Project.  The project will consist of the following general items: Removal of the existing layers of three tab shingles, felt, nails, screws, staples, etc. Removal of rotten or damaged sheathing and repair/replacement of damaged structural components. Repair/resealing any existing roof openings, vent holes, etc. Option 1 is to install new GAF Timberline HDZ or approved equal. Option 2 is to install a standing seam metal roof. Both options include new plumbing boot flashings and any flashing needed for vent hoods. Manufacturer’s warranty will include extended craftsmanship warranty for either roof system chosen. Install roofing felt synthetic underlayment. Shingle-over style continuous ridge vent with drip edge on all edges. The vaulted ceiling area will require the roof to be ventilated under the nail base. Remove and replace gutter and downspouts on entire building with 6” aluminum brown color, except for 2 downspouts that are in concrete on back of building. Remove and replace all metal Fascia to include all gables and dormers (brown). Include price per linear foot for any rotten wood behind metal. Alternate 1 is for replacement of all vented soffit on the Club House and wrap all posts that have metal to match fascia.
