TIGER HILL, MILL STREET AND HALLS HILL WATER TANKS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the TIGER HILL, MILL STREET AND HALLS HILL WATER TANKS will be received, by City of Murfreesboro, at the Murfreesboro Stones River Water Treatment Plant, 5528 Sam Jared Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129, until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of interior/exterior coating and miscellaneous improvements on the Tiger Hill 3MG Ground Storage Steel Water Tank, Mill Street 2MG Elevated Hydropiller Water Tank and Halls Hill 2MG Prestressed Concrete Water Tank. All work is described in more detail in Section 01010, Paragraph 1.02.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Smith, Seckman, Reid, Inc. 2995 Sidco Drive Nashville, TN 37024. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of Murfreesboro Water Resources Dept. 300 N.W. Broad Street Murfreesboro, TN 37130 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 AM – 4 PM.

Only entities obtaining Contract Documents through the Issuing Office shall be considered a Biddings Document Holder for purposes of qualifying for the Bid.
