The Rutherford County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on

WEDNESDAY November 10, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Rutherford County Courthouse,

Public Square in Murfreesboro, TN, to obtain public comment on the following items:

1. Huddleston-Steele Engineering, for Jorge Lopez, has submitted a rezoning request

(REZ21-007) for property referenced by Tax Map 70, Parcel 17.00 (portion), and is

located along Old Nashville Highway, to be zoned from Commercial Neighborhood

(CN) and Commercial General (CG) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a soccer

facility.

2. Michael Lamping, for Elmington Residential, has submitted a rezoning request

(REZ21-009) for property referenced by Tax Map 68, Parcel 98.00, and is located at

2762 Lascassas Pike, to be zoned from Residential Medium Density (RM) to PUD for a

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Smyrna will be conducting a PUBLIC

MEETING on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.,

local time, at Smyrna Town Hall, 315 South Lowry St.,

Smyrna, Tennessee to provide information about the

Town’s application for a Drinking Water State Revolving

Fund (SRF) Loan, DWF 2022-246, in the amount of

$2,500,000 to construct a Waterline Upgrade/Replacement

on Sam Ridley Parkway and Weakley Lane and a Clean

Water SRF Loan, TBD #, in the amount of $800,000 for

an Infiltration/Inflow Correction project and the resulting

impact on monthly sewer bills and user rates, if any.
