THIS CAUSE came to be heard on the 16th day of September, 2019, before the Honorable Barry Tatum, judge of the Wilson County Juvenile Court, upon Motion for Publication and whereupon the Court find that just cause exists for a service should lie made by publication and that the last known areas of both putative Respondent/Father's were last known to reside in Rutherford County, Tennessee area.
