The Board of the Cheatham County Water and Wastewater
Authority will meet in a Special Called Session on Tuesday
May 10, 2022 at 4:00 PM in the Second Floor Community
Room at the Pinnacle Bank 524 S. Main Street Ashland
City. The meeting will address Emergency Repairs to a
portion of the system and potential funding for Capital
Projects. The public is invited to attend.

The Cheatham County Commission will meet on May 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
in the General Sessions Courtroom in Ashland City, TN. The following items
will be heard.
Agenda Items to be heard:
1. John Conner requesting a Zone Change from C1 to R1 for Map 91,
Parcel 67.08. Property is located on Hwy 70, in the 6th Voting District, and
is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
2. Charles Puls requesting a Zone Change from E1 to Agriculture for Map
67, Parcel 1.05. Property is located at 1155 Christy Dr., in the 5th Voting
District and is not is a Special Flood Hazard Area.

PUBLIC WORKS
PART-TIME SUMMER POSITION
The Town of Pegram is accepting applications
for a part-time summer position working for the
Public Works Department. Applications are available
at Town Hall at 308 Highway 70 between the
hours of 8 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 4 PM Monday
through Friday. Applicants must be at least 18,
have transportation, a valid driver’s license and be
in good physical condition. A background check
and pre-employment drug screen will be required
as Pegram is a drug free workplace. This position is
primarily outdoor labor. Applicants should be able
to do weed eating, trimming, mowing, cleaning of
facilities, trash removal, equipment operation and
maintenance, sewer inspections and any miscellaneous
duties required by the position.
Experience is helpful but not required. Must be able
to work independently and very self motivated. The
Town of Pegram is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

13, 2022.

At the regular meeting on April 14, 2022 the Board of
Mayor and Aldermen adopted the following Ordinance
on second and final reading:
A. Ordinance 22-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 15 OF THIS CODE REGULATING MOTOR
VEHICLES, TRAFFIC AND PARKING TO DELETE
SECTION 15-406, ADOPTION OF STATE TRAFFIC
STATUTES AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW
SECTION 15-406, ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTES.
This notice is published in accordance with T.C.A. 6-2-
101. The above listed ordinance shall become effective
immediately.
