This cause came to be heard before the Juvenile Court of Dickson County, Tennessee on the 30th day of March, 2021, and based upon the record before the Court and testimony of Kevin  Blanton, the Court finds that the Plaintiff has undertaken efforts to personally serve the Defendant Christa Brown including retaining Grove Protection Services who has made multiple attempts at personal service at multiple address, all of which were unsuccessful, and that after such diligent search, Defendant Christa Brown's whereabouts remain unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained; however, her last known address was in Rutherford County, Tennessee.

It is therefore ORDERED that publication of this Order shall be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Murfreesboro Post, which is a newspaper published weekly in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and that the Defendant Christa Brown shall be and is hereby given notice that she is required to file an Answer or otherwise respond to the Sworn Petition for Dependent and Neglect filed in this case within thirty (30) days from the date of the fourth weekly publication.

It is further ORDERED that if the Defendant Christa Brown fails to answer or otherwise respond to the Sworn Petition for Dependent and Neglect as required, then she shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and default may be taken against her.
