In obedience to an Order and Decree for sale in the above-caption cause commanding me to sell the hereinafter described property, I, JOHN A. W. BRATCHER, SPECIAL COMMISSIONER, will sell on July 20, 2019 at 10:01 a.m. on the premises, land located on 1517 Pearcy Street, further described as: Being all Lot No. 19 of the Miracle Heights Subdivision, 3rd Civil District, according to survey and plat of same of record in Plat Book 2 Page 81, Register's Office for Rutherford County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said lot. Said Lot No. 19 fronts 90 feet on the north side of Pearcy Court and runs back in a northerly direction between straight and parallel lines 175 feet to a line in the year on which it measures 90 feet. Being that same property conveyed to Richard C. Yates and wife, Rosezina Yates by deed from Charles C. Rosezina Lambert Yates having since died on March 5, 2012 intestate, vesting title in her children and sole heirs at law, Gary Norman Yates, Richard Bruce Yates and Anthony Scott Yates.
