MEETING AGENDA FOR AUGUST 3, 2022

The Cheatham County Planning Commission will meet on August 3, 2022

at 6:00 p.m. in the Cheatham County Court House on the 2nd floor in the

General Sessions Courtroom in Ashland City, TN.

Agenda Items to be heard:

1. Brenda Goad requesting a Zone Change from E1 to R1 for Map 7, Parcel

49. Property is located at 1650 Old Clarksville Pk., in the 3rd Voting

District and is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area.

2. Amend the Zoning Resolution of Cheatham County by allowing Transport

and Warehousing as a Conditional Use in the C1 General Commercial

District. (deferred from the July 7, 2022 meeting.)

Kingston Springs Board of Commissioners

Public Hearing and Special Called Meeting

The Kingston Springs Board of Commissioners will

hold a Special Called Meeting on Thursday, August 4,

2022 at 5:30pm in the Beck Meeting Hall, 420 North

Main Street in downtown Kingston Springs. The meeting

will be preceded by a Public Hearing for open public

comment on the Board of Commissioners meeting

agenda item. Agenda item is below, and the public is

invited to attend.

The Pegram Board of Zoning and Appeals will meet

Alex Lute and Robert Noerper are requesting a
