Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. seeks to prequalify General, Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Contractors, from which to solicit bids for our Aging in Place Program. The funding for this project was provided through a grant awarded by the Davidson County Chancery Court, Part III from the SeniorTrust/ElderTrust settlement (Case No. 11-1548-III) and through a contract administered by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability.

Scope includes, but is not limited to: accessibility improvements, mobility modifications, weatherization enhancements and critical home repairs. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 are required. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation.
