Juanita Warren Benson, age 83, passed away April 6, 2021.
She was born in Limestone County, AL and a long-time resident of Giles County and moved to Murfreesboro in 1962. Juanita was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ and a long-time member of Minerva Drive/Salem Creek Church of Christ where she served as the church secretary for 26 years.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Tom Hendrix and Hephzie Alexander Hendrix; and husbands, James A. “Bud” Warren and J.T. Benson. She is survived by her son, Kenny (Pam) Warren; daughter Pat (Ron) Hays; brother, David (Annie) Hendrix; sister, Jeanette Breeding; grandchildren, Ronda (Michael) Busey, Chris (Tracy) Hays, Bobby (Kassie) Warren, Bud (Megan) Warren; eight great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family was at 12:00 PM until time of chapel service at 2:00 PM, April 9, 2021at Jennings and Ayers with Ron Harper and Jamie Byrom officiating. Burial followed in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Church of Christ Building Fund or Middle Tennessee Christian School.
