Glenn “Colorado” Brownlee, age 57, of Beechgrove, TN passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017.

He was born in Pueblo, CO to Clifford Thorton and Virginia Jim Gatlin Brownlee. Mr. Brownlee owned Colorado Heating and Air out of Beechgrove before working in maintenance for Nashville State Community College. He and his wife enjoyed fishing for trout and cat fish, camping, and the outdoors as much as they could.

 

Mr. Brownlee is survived by his wife of 4 years, Pam Brownlee; mother, Virginia Brownlee of W. Memphis, AR; three brothers, John Owens and his wife Sandra of Mobile, AL, Clifford Ray Brownlee of W. Memphis, and David Brownlee and his wife Suzanne of W. Memphis; daughter, Krysty Fore and her husband Josh of Nashville, TN; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; two grandchildren, Khloe Fore and Sophie Fore; three step-children, Tracy Brooksher and her husband Bobby of Chapel Hill, TN, Shane Layhew and his wife Brandie of Rockvale, TN, and Rusty Layhew and his wife Angela of Rockvale; eight step- grandchildren; and parents-in-law, Walter and Earline Hackney of Beechgrove. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Thorton Brownlee.

 

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at 7 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro. Bro. Bobby Howard will officiate.
