The tax and accounting firms Jobe, Hastings & Associates and Hall, Davidson & Associates have announced a merger and will be called Jobe, Hastings & Associates.
“I was interested in bringing Hall, Davidson & Associates into our firm because their philosophy and method of caring for clients is so similar to ours,” said Jimmy Jobe, managing partner at JHA. “We both believe in providing the highest quality services and treating our clients with the respect and attention they deserve.”
Since 1986, JHA has been serving the long-term healthcare industry and businesses of all sizes.
David Hall launched his public accounting practice 63 years ago. Combined, the HDA staff has over 190 years of experience in public accounting.
Also, JHA promoted two CPAs to partner: Charles J. Forrester and Andrew J. Nickerson.
Forrester earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002 and joined Jobe, Hastings & Associates in 2003. Nickerson also earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting at MTSU and joined JHA in 2004 as a staff accountant.
