Clark Maples Realty & Auction Co. is excited to welcome its newest team member, Jeff Davis, who will be joining the commercial division of its company, Clark Maples Commercial Real Estate. “I have known Jeff for a long time and he is not only a man of high integrity, but he brings such varied business experience and knowledge of the area with him,” said Betsy Taylor, broker of Clark Maples.

Davis graduated from Jacksonville State University in Huntsville, Alabama with a degree in business administration. In 1983, he moved to Murfreesboro to become managing partner of Murfreesboro Coca Cola Bottling Works, which he sold in 1988. Davis has been involved in the purchase and management of residential income producing real estate and the management of his farm in the Huntsville area.

He and Anne Courtenay Davis married in 1980, and they have two children, daughter Courtenay Davis Ahuja of Hoboken, New Jersey and son Jeff Davis, Jr. of New York City. The couple has one grandchild, Sarina Mason Ahuja also of Hoboken.

Davis is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Rutherford County and of the Linebaugh Public Library Foundation Board. He is also a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Murfreesboro.

“We feel so privileged to have Jeff join our company and we look forward to him working closely with Laws Bouldin as we grow our commercial division,” said Taylor.
