We may be able to squeeze in a couple of pretty days this week but overall, the remainder of June is expected to consist of below-normal temperatures and above-normal rainfall.
I do not see any excessively hot weather for the next two weeks.
We are not even halfway through the year and there have already been some impressive rainfall amounts posted across the Midstate. Dickson County leads the way at 38 inches, Carthage and Lebanon have had 36 inches, and Davidson County around the Antioch and Hermitage areas have 34 inches.
A full moon is coming up Thursday night and it is called the Strawberry Moon.
