MTSU IT naming

The center is located on the third floor of the James E. Walker Library. Lea, who worked for the university from 1973 to 2010, served as the first director of the center in 2004 before eventually become the university’s first vice president of information technology and chief information officer. The center brings faculty together to develop and improve instructional methods and provides training about how to utilize audio/video software to enhance classroom and online courses.
