Read To Succeed and the Community Anti-Drug Coalition of Rutherford County
present Creating Cultural Competency workshops to help non-profits help Rutherford County.

Vincent Windrow, director of Intercultural and Diversity Affairs at MTSU, will present the “Meaning of Mattering” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday during a brown bag lunch at the Lon Nuell Family Literacy Center at First Baptist Church on East Main Street.
