A woman was stabbed to death Sunday in a home on Tuffnell Drive in LaVergne.
According to the Daily News Journal, Kimberly Kuhlman, 42, of Mt. Juliet, was stabbed while trying to protect a friend.
Kenny Thomason, 47, who was reportedly trying to make his way into the home allegedly stabbed Kuhlman. Thomason’s ex-wife lives in the home.
Thomason was arrested on the scene and booked in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on charges of first degree murder, aggravated burglary and violation of order of protection, according to a report from the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department.
His bond is set at $752,500. |
