Dear God, what is this world coming to? What of the friend? Maybe I was reading to fast, but is he/she not an accomplice to all this?

What if that move failed? What was her next scheme? Poison the kids and say daddy did it?

I can predict what's going to happen now. Not only is she going to lose custody, but she's probably going to have supervised visits if any, for a long time whether or not she does a stint jail for it.

While the man involved with this case escaped both serious illness and a police investigation, many in his situation find their lives torn apart when their spouse uses fraud to create leverage in divorce proceedings.

My opinion on this is that people should not judge so fast! after so many years of mental and physical abuse you can only take so much and its wrong but what was in there was not poison in the food! It was a nerve the man medication used sometimes. and the kids are well cared for and loved by the mother.

In my opinion, the wife is probably on drugs and having relations with several different people. I personally believe that is was Xanax and Serequil in the food. It sounds like to me that she is a constant liar and a threat to herself and thier two children. That man is a good provider, father, and husband that has my respect, because if i were in his situation i would have gone about this ALOT differently. Those allegations probably would have been true instead of falsley reported. I hope those kids get taken away from that crazy woman and NEVER get to see her again.

First of all, get the facts before you publish crap like this in the newspaper. Don't be so gullible and believe everything you read. Have an intelligence about yourself to be able to distuingish the truth about the matter. Have you ever thought maybe the husband has plotted against the wife to get custody of the kids so he doesn't have to pay child support.....why would you want an abusive man who beats the kids mother to have custody of anyone's children. Ask him what kind of torment he has caused his family. Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions. You are only hearing one side of a story..get all sides and get the facts before you jump to conclusions. Why don't you ask to see the police reports that the mother had to file fearing for the safety of her life and her children's life...

Please. The friend who "assisted," her was not abused by this man. They intended to drug him and set him up in compromising positions with the friend with pictures, maybe even in the presence of the children to get her the upper hand in the courtroom.

we all make mistakes she just wasnt thinking i know she loves her kids and wouldnt do anything 2 hurt them and she probley had a lot of mental abuse. i dont think them kids sould be took away from her and put in a situation were there is mental abuse

The kids should most definitely be taken from her. Any mother who would drug the children's father to gain an advantage in a lawsuit is a liar and cannot be trusted. She has lost all credibility with the court and she has definitely lost her custody suit.

Chasity is my cousin. She has had a pretty difficult life from a very young age. She is FAR from perfect, but doesn't deserve any of you judging her. Why don't you mind your own business over there in Tennessee.

First off,how can you judge this lady when all you know is half the story.Yes,what she did was wrong but have you ever thought that there might be alot more to the story than you know. What if there was mental/physical abuse and that the mother may of just of broke down-a person can only take so much. And mabey in her mind the only way to protect her kids from this drunk/druggy was to do something this.So,chasity there are people who there for you and know that you are a great mother and your kids always come first.
