Was snow storm jinxed?



What was predicted as a major snow storm for much of Middle Tennessee has faded away.

The National Weather Service is still predicting a 90 percent chance of precipitation, but total daytime snow accumulation is predicted less than a half inch.

Today's high is expected near 34 degrees, but wind gusts should make it feel colder with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Friday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 9. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Saturday: A chance of flurries. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 24. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 9. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 30. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.
