WANDA LEE NOBLE HURST age 77 of Smyrna, TN died Sunday January 31, 2010. A native of Perry County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Calloway and Clara Haney Noble.
Mrs. Hurst is survived by her husband, Earl H. Hurst; sons, James D. (Peggy) Hurst of Indianapolis, IN and Charles Michael Hurst of Murfreesboro, TN; daughters, Glenda Dowden of Indianapolis, IN and Phyllis (Rick) Scott of Smyrna, TN; brother, Gordon Noble of Chicago, IL; sisters, Rachel Morgan of Louisville, KY, Faye Baird, Jan Noble, Sue Noble, and Ann Colwell all of Bulan, KY, and Carol Caudill of Bethel, OH; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hurst was also preceded in death by a grandson, Rickey Scott, Jr. who died in 2002.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Rev. Marshall Gupton will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.
