Dr. Doyle Meadows, CEO of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration, will speak to the Exchange Club of Murfreesboro at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Through the Grapevine restaurant at 630 Broadmor Blvd.
He is expected to discuss the state of the Walking Horse Industry in general and the prospects for the 71st annual Celebration Aug. 25-Sept. 5 in Shelbyville.
Before becoming CEO, Dr. Meadows led the statewide horse program at the University of Tennessee Extension Service.
