Discovery Center announced that it is a 2009 Nickelodeon Parents’ Picks Nominee.
The center has been nominated for Best Museum in Nickelodeon’s Parents’ Picks Awards, but does need your help to win. You can vote for us once a day, every day, from now until July 15 at www.parentsconnect.com/parentspicks. Select Nashville, then select museum to vote for Discovery Center.
Executive Director Billie Little explains that "at Discovery Center our main goal is to serve the children and families of Middle Tennessee through fun, engaging hands-on programs and exhibits. We are thrilled to be nominated by Nickelodeon for the Best Museum Award and hope the nomination helps us reach more children in our community.”
