Two victims escaped injury when a robber pointed a handgun at them and robbed them about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on Ewing Boulevard, Murfreesboro Police reported Friday.

Victim Joseph B. Volmer and Phoebe Carmody were inside the apartment with the door open when a man wearing a red bandana entered, pointed a small handgun at Volmer and ordered him to get on the floor, Officer Michael D. Yates reported.
