Juan A. Morales, director of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, including the York VA Medical Center, will speak to the Exchange Club of Murfreesboro at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Through the Grapevine restaurant.

Morales was appointed director of the system Jan. 6, 2008. He directs a primary service area of 350,000 veterans including Middle Tennessee, southern Kentucky and parts of northern Alabama and Georgia. The system provides care to about 85,000 veterans each year.
