Carroll Van West, director of MTSU’s Center for Historic Preservation, will discuss “New Community Opportunities with the Center for Historic Preservation at MTSU” to the Exchange Club.
West will speak to club members at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Through the Grapevine restaurant at 630 Broadmor Blvd.
He is director of the Tennessee Civil War National Heritage Area and senior editor of the “Tennessee Historical Quarterly.”
