Autoposy suggests the death of an MTSU student was not caused by foul play.

"This morning an autopsy was performed on MTSU student Sara Burt," Murfreesboro Police spokesman Kyle Evans said in a press release. "Investigators have ruled out foul play and believe the cause of death was medical in nature.  Final results of the autopsy are not available at this time and the case will remain active until they are finalized."

Burt, 19, was found dead Thursday night in her Reynold's Hall dorm room.
