Vandals tossed a rock through the Rutherford County Democratic Party headquarters overnight Tuesday at East Lytle Street, the Murfreesboro Police spokesman said Wednesday.

The rock was thrown through a rear office window but no entry was made to the headquarters, said spokesman Kyle Evans.

Officer Angelo Medina collected the rock as evidence.

Vandals tossed a brick with the anarchy sign into Republican headquarters early Tuesday located at the downtown square. The brick was collected as evidence as well.

People who have information about the suspects may call Crime Stoppers at 893-STOP between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
