The United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties’ annual fundraising campaign is in full swing now.
With a goal of $2.8 million this year, the nonprofit organization hopes to top the $2.734 million raised in last year’s campaign.
Last year’s campaign was the most successful ever and couldn’t have been without the help of these Top 10 (11, because it was that successful) company employee campaigns.
1. General Mills - $473,132.00
2. Publix Super Markets - $199,027.00
3. Bridgestone Firestone - $177,051.05
4. Rutherford County Government and Schools - $165,161.68
5. Nissan North America - $165,111.00
6. Ingram Book Group - $119,299.09
7. State Farm - $93,065.62
8. Yates Services - $90,516.26
9. Middle Tennessee State University - $58,618.68
10. City of Murfreesboro - $46,931.12
