Local Employee Campaign Managers of the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties pose for a photo during Wednesday’s training session.

The session guided the ECMs, who serve as a liaison between their company and the United Way, on their involvement during United Way’s upcoming campaign, which will officially kick off in September.
