Superintendent David Holmes of the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center in Smyrna will speak to the Exchange Club at 6 tonight at Through the Grapevine restaurant at 630 Broadmor Blvd.
The TRC is only one of eight such facilities operated in the nation. This comprehensive rehabilitation facility, operated under the Department of Human Services and located in Smyrna, provides community based services for clients in Tennessee. Clients are enabled to achieve their highest level of functioning to live and work as independently as possible.
