Train to run 5K in three months at Fleet Feet



Give your couch separation anxiety! Train with experienced coaches to finish your first 5k within three months in the No Boundaries/Fleet Feet Training Program.

Informational meetings will be held Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 and Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports, 544 N. Thompson Lane (next to Carrabba's) in Murfreesboro.

Program begins Saturday, Jan. 16.

No Boundaries program focues on beginners but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome.

No Boundaries follows a ru/walk routine and is a slow, stdady progression that includes three days of running and one day walking.

The program is structured to help participants corss the finish line of their first 5K in less than three months.

The program includes:

--Weekly coached training sessions.

--Informational clinics on choosing the right gear, injury prevention and proper nutrition.

--Weekly e-mails from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement.

--Weekly group runs available from the Fleet Feet store.
