Manson Pike/Fortress Boulevard Realignment Project
Expected No Lane Closures: Traffic has been shifted onto the newly built section of Manson Pike near the bridge at Overall Creek to Fortress Boulevard. Gresham Lane is closed at Medical Center Parkway and traffic to and from Medical Center Parkway is shifted to the new Gresham Lane connector road from Fortress Boulevard. Traffic control signs are in-place. Work continues, no lane closures

Fortress Boulevard Widening Project (Between Blaze Drive and the new Manson/Fortress Intersection)
Expected No Lane Closures: The traffic has been reduced to two lanes (one lane each direction) on Fortress Boulevard between Blaze Drive and Puckett Creek Crossing. The work entails the widening Fortress Boulevard from a three lane curb and gutter street to a five lane curb and gutter street with bike lanes and sidewalks. Work continues, no lane closures

CCTV Monitoring System Project
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM: The contractor for the CCTV expansion project will be installing camera poles along Memorial Boulevard between Airport Road & Thompson Lane. Fiber crews will be installing fiber communication cables on Wednesday and the westbound right hand through lane on Middle Tennessee Boulevard at S. Church Street will be closed between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Work continues, minor traffic interruptions.

Maney Avenue Street Improvement Project (between SE Broad Street and College Street)
Expected Road Closures: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 PM: Road construction work continues along Maney Avenue between Broad Street and E Castle St. This section is closed to through traffic including the intersection of Maney Avenue and Castle Street. Access drives to the local residents and businesses will be kept open at all times. Motorists are advised to use Highland Avenue and Academy Street travelling north/south and State Street and Vine Street travelling east/west. Work continues with road closures

Obrien Drive Sewer Construction Project (Between Bradyville Pike and Winston Place)
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 9AM – 3:30 PM: Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department has begun their construction replacing the 2” water main along Wingate Street off O’Brien Drive. Work continues, minor traffic interruptions.

S. Church Street at Savannah Ridge
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 PM: Traffic signal installing work continues intermittently at this location. There will be minor traffic interruptions and partial lane closures. Work continues, minor traffic interruptions.

Cason Lane at Rideout Lane
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 PM: Traffic signal installing work continues intermittently at this location. There will be minor traffic interruptions and partial lane closures. Work continues, minor traffic interruptions.

Veterans Parkway (between bridge east of Armstrong Valley Road and Highway 99 & between Highway 99 and Windrow Road)
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Paving Operation. The contractor will be striping the section of Veterans Parkway between Mooreland Lane and Highway 99. Expect delays and traffic interruptions.

Lytle Creek Sewer Replacement Project (Intersection of Hickerson Drive and West Castle Street)
Expected Road Closures: Monday - Friday: The contractor will be installing sewer line at the intersection of Hickerson Drive and West Castle Street. The intersection will be closed to traffic. Detour signs will be in-place.

New Salem Highway at Swanson’s Development Site (West-side between Middle Tennessee Boulevard and I-24 WB On-Ramp)
Expected Lane Closures: Wednesday & Thursday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM: The contractor will be paving and striping the new entrance driveway on New Salem Highway. Southbound traffic on New Salem Highway will be reduced to one lane between Middle Tennessee Boulevard and I-24 WB On-Ramp.

Jones Boulevard at Murfreesboro Electric Department Sub-Station (Between Northfield Boulevard and Myres Drive)
Expected Partial Lane Closures: Monday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: The contractor for Murfreesboro Electric Department will be installing a new transformer at the Jones Boulevard sub-station near Myres Drive. Traffic on Jones Boulevard near Myres Drive will be reduced to one lane. Appropriate traffic controls will be in-place.

Annual City Street Paving Project
Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: City paving and striping crews will be making paving and striping the following streets: Expect lane shifts and traffic interruptions during these operations.

Rucker Lane between the joint and City Limits
Parklawn Dr between Eventide Dr and Highland Avenue
Church Street between West Burton and the joint at McKnight Drive
Chestnut St between Maple St and Walnut St
Hodge Avenue between Clark Boulevard and joint at Apartment Complex
Rideout Lane between Cason Lane to Old Time Pottery Entrance
N. Tennessee Boulevard between Wenlon Drive and Northfield Boulevard
Irongate Boulevard between Kroger Entrance and Winthorne Lane
Hope Way off Old Nashville Highway
Southgate Boulevard between Westgate Boulevard and Warrior Drive
Kings Ridge between Memorial Boulevard and Damsel Ct
Gresham Park Drive between Medical Center Parkway and Wilkinson Pike
