According to ESPN.com, the Tennessee Titans have signed Randy Moss.

“We had an opportunity to upgrade our offense and Randy has been a tremendous threat wherever he has been. We will bring him up to speed as quickly as possible,” head coach Jeff Fisher said.

The Titans will pay Moss about $3.34 million for the final eight games this season. He brings with him 948 career receptions for 14,778 yards and 153 touchdowns.

This is Moss's third team this season after being released from the New England Patriots and Minnesota Vikings.

ESPN's SportsCenter Blog reports:

"The Tennessee Titans have claimed former Minnesota Vikings receiver Randy Moss, sources told our Adam Schefter. Moss plans to report to the Titans, league sources told Schefter. If Moss does not report to the Titans, Tennessee will send him a '5-day' letter and at the end of that five days, they have the right to put him on the Reserve/Left Squad list. He would be out for the remainder of the season once the club takes that action. Moss' status for next year would be determined by terms of the new collective bargaining agreement."

This guy is bad news for Tennessee, an egotist who should have been suspended by the comissioner. He was already passed up by 18 teams. It seems the Titans love trouble...
