When Jim Kalosis asked the staff at MTMC to help him find ESPN, he never expected to have NFL players walk through the door to his hospital room.
After watching Monday Night Football, the local resident wanted to check the sports network so he could update his Fantasy Football league. That’s when he asked his nurse for some help finding the channel.
“So she knew I was a football fan, and then asked if I was a Titans fan,” Kalosis said.
Around 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, four Titans players showed up and asked about his recovery from knee replacement surgery.
Chris Johnson, Javon Ringer, Jamie Harper and Herb Donaldson showered Kalosis with autographs and posed for pictures.
They visited nearly a dozen patients at MTMC – some were only a day old, others much older, but they were all fans.
