Tickets for Warriorstock, a five-band concert to benefit Riverdale High School senior Alisha Nance, will be sold during lunch Friday at the school’s lobby.
Nance is recovering at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after her car was submerged into Stones River Feb. 5 off Barfield Road.
“Alisha is in stable but critical condition,” McGoldrick said. “Her injuries fall into a gray area. Her type of brain injury is unknown.”
Proceeds from the concert will help defray medical costs, said family friend Janice Jones McGoldrick. Tickets are $5 for tonight’s concert from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Riverdale High School auditorium. Tickets will be available at the door.
Warriorstock features five rock bands comprised of Riverdale students.
“It's an annual event, but this time we're donating all profits to Alisha's expenses,” McGoldrick said. “We'll also be taking donations at the door.”
All donations can also be made at any Pinnacle Bank with checks made out to Angela Sterry for the benefit of Alisha Nance.
