Three more suspects believed to be affiliated with gangs and accused of robbing a Lascassas man last Wednesday were charged early Friday, a sheriff’s detective reported.

Suspects Montrail Gleaves, and Antivius Watkins, both 20, and Gavin Thompson, 18, all of Nashville were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, theft and fraudulent use of a credit card by Detective Bryant Gregory.

Gleaves’ nephew, who is a juvenile, was charged Wednesday. A fourth suspect was identified as Drake McCroskey. He has a tattoo of “1 life” on his right forearm and a “2 live” tattoo on his left forearm. People who have information about him are asked to call the sheriff’s office at 898-7770 or Gregory at 904-3054.

The five men were accused of robbing Robert Hunter June 10 while he washed a bowl at his home on Declaration Drive. One of the man was accused of pointing a handgun at Hunter’ head and demanding money. They escaped with electronic games.

During a court hearing on the juvenile, Gregory said the boy played football with Hunter’s son at Oakland High School and entered the home with him earlier.

“This was an isolated incident and this was the only home targeted and all suspects involved do have gang affiliations,” Gregory reported.

Hearings for the adults were set Aug. 12 in General Sessions Court.
