Thomas Lee Jones, age 55, of Lavergne died Friday.

He was the son of the late Willard Thurman and Margaret “Polly” Teligha Sims Jones.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna, and graveside services 2 p.m. at Kirkland Cemetery in Fayetteville.

He is survived by a daughter: Toni (Tyler) Milne of Murfreesboro, sons: Troy Lee Jones of Phoenix, Ariz., and Thomas “Danny” Jones of Atlanta, sisters: Avis (Richard) Sliger of Smyrna and Tracy Jones of Murfreesboro, brother: Scott Jones of Murfreesboro, grandchildren: Tate, Walker, and Peyton Jones, and several loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Jones was a self employed drywall contractor. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corp.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna
