Theodore James Sapelak, age 76, of Murfreesboro, passed away on October 26, 2012 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center.

He was a native of Pontiac, MI before moving to Rutherford County in 1994.  He was a supervisor for General Motors. Theodore attended World Outreach Church.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, John Sapelak and Elsie Edth Guffey Bray. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Kallas Sapelak of Murfreesboro TN; one son, Ted (Carolyn) Sapelak of Eagleville TN and Tod Sapelak of Michigan; brothers, Larry, Bob, Dick, John, Randy and Gary Sapelak; sisters, Jo Anne Pepard and Cindy Stroh; also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
