Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates has moved to a new location.
The company’s two offices, formerly located at 1202 SE Broad St. and 2656 Rideout Lane, have merged and moved to 1734 S. Rutherford Blvd., across from Publix and Black Fox Elementary School.
“The move was necessitated by the tremendous growth of our company and the desire to have all of our associates in one location,” said Bob Lamb, managing broker and president of the company.
Exit Realty has been operating in Murfreesboro for less than three years, but has more than 70 sales associates and ranked in the top three Murfreesboro real estate companies in 2009.
“Our new building has almost 10,000 square feet and will provide us with room for future growth and additional parking to allow us to serve our customers better,” Lamb said.
Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates is a franchise of Exit Realty Corp. International. Exit Realty was founded in 1996 and has grown to more than 1,300 franchises in the United States and Canada.
“After two and a half years associated with Exit, I continue to be amazed with the vision, integrity and leadership of the company,” Lamb said. “Agents across North America are building rewarding and lifetime careers in real estate. The exclusive Exit formula is designed with the agent’s lifestyle, success, family and financial security in mind.”
Lamb can be reached at 615-896-5656 for additional information.

Murfreesboro’s newest bowling alley and entertainment complex is now open.
Lanes, Trains and Automobiles Depot is located at 450 Butler Drive just past Alexander Toyota.
The 50,000-square-foot facility is considered one of the largest family entertainment venues in the state, said Monty Bailey, a spokesman for the facility, in a previous interview.
LTA Depot features 24 bowling lanes and eight VIP lanes with plush furnishings and flat-screen televisions.
The traditional 24 bowling lanes are the anchor of the facility. The lanes are United States Bowling Congress-certified and have automated, programmable bumpers. The scoring system is fully automatic and has touchscreen controls.
Other family friendly amenities include indoor bumpers and a state-of-the-art arcade, The Game Garage, featuring some 30 games.
The Blue Caboose, a full-service, 100-seat restaurant, will open at the complex in February. The menu will offer appetizers, salads, sandwiches, platters and kids menu. The restaurant will be decorated with Blue Raider, Titans and Predators memorabilia and colors.
A snack bar, called Coca Cola Café, is a walk-up style café serving pizza, nachos, salads, sandwiches and other popular items.
Good Time Charlie’s is a 5,000-square-foot sports bar and billiard area that will offer sports programming and live music.

Did you give money to earthquake relief in Haiti?
People who gave to charities providing relief to the country can claim these donations on the tax return they are completing this season, according to the Internal Revenue Service.
Taxpayers who itemize deductions on their 2009 return qualify for this special tax relief provision, enacted Jan. 22. Only cash contributions made to these charities after Jan. 11, 2010, and before March 1, 2010, are eligible. This includes contributions made by text message, check, credit card or debit card.
The new law only applies to cash (as opposed to property) contributions. The contributions must be made specifically for the relief of victims in areas affected by the Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti.
Taxpayers should be sure their contributions go to qualified charities. Most organizations eligible to receive tax-deductible donations are listed in a searchable online database available on IRS.gov under Search for Charities.
