The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a female sex offender from Middle Tennessee to its list of TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives in an effort to locate her and put her back behind bars.

Tonya Renee Lepley, 35, last known address 1248 N. Avondale, Nashville, TN, is wanted for violating her probation and not maintaining her registration with the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.

Lepley was convicted in 2006 in Rutherford County on charges of Statutory Rape and Attempted Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor after abusing a 17-year-old girl. She served one year in jail and was released on probation. She has failed to report to her probation officer as well as failing to register her address with the Sex Offender Registry.

Lepley has a lengthy criminal history that dates back to 1993. She’s been arrested for a Hit and Run Accident, Theft, Drug Possession, Prostitution, Statutory Rape, Trespassing and Aggravated Assault.

Leply is a white female with green eyes and sandy blonde hair. She’s approximately 5’8” and weighs 165 lbs. She has tattoos on her left hand, left forearm, right upper arm and ankles.
