Owner Phillip Cantrell is pleased to announce a new addition to the rapidly growing staff of Benchmark Realty LLC.
Agent Marcie Sweet has recently joined the professional team, bringing an experienced background to the real estate industry.
Sweet has lived in Middle Tennessee for 15 years, five of which have been involved in the real estate market. She is a member of Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and holds a broker’s license and several designations, including CDPE, CIAS and SFR.
She serves the markets of Williamson and Davidson counties, specializing in residential properties, especially distressed properties and short sales.
Sweet has an associate’s degree and work experience in commercial and real estate construction, as well as a Paralegal. She is also active in many civic organizations throughout Nashville, including Habitat for Humanity, Legal Aid Society, TGHAP and has previously been an organizer for the Green Hills Night Out Against Crime.
“We are blessed with absolutely amazing growth," Cantrell said. "Even in the down market we have continued to add nearly 15 agents each month, largely because we offer 100 percent commission for a fixed monthly fee. Our model allows agents to exert firm control over their expenses – something no other company offers to the extent we do. Agents tell me they come for the savings, but they stay because of the nurturing environment."
Benchmark Realty is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Middle Tennessee.
Established in 2006 by Phillip and Amanda Cantrell, the company is based in Brentwood and currently has 300 agents serving the Greater Nashville area.
