This season, Stones River Mall presents a wonderland of holiday events and activities. From breakfast with Santa to Black Friday savings to pet nights, ice-skating and keepsake photos and the best shopping in the city, absolutely everything for the holidays is at Stones River Mall.

Breakfast with Mr. Claus.
The fun starts promptly at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21 when Santa Claus hosts a special, two-hour long breakfast. Benefiting Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity, Santa’s breakfast includes the chance to visit with Santa one on one, breakfast from Chick-fil-A and activities at North Pole stations. Some of Santa’s favorite friends will make appearances and travel the crowd making merry with the guests. During the breakfast, children and adults will be able to take a free spin around the in-mall ice-skating rink that will be near the Children’s soft play area. Santa even has skates to fit the guests. [Following breakfast, the rink will open to the public. It will be open at Stones River Mall until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 22.

All guests will be registered to win a special holiday surprise. With the purchase of a children’s ticket for $10, younger guests can drop in their ticket to win a Nintendo Wii. Adults can complete the bottom portion of their $5 tickets and drop it in the registration box for a chance to win a $100 Stones River Mall Gift Card.

Tickets are required and will be available at Customer Service and in the Management Office, near Victoria’s Secret and Trade Secret. Only a limited number of tickets will be sold, so interested individuals are advised to purchase tickets early, cash only. [All events are subject to change.]

A holiday tradition: commemorative photos
After he has properly greeted all his guests at the breakfast, Santa will make his way to his holiday studio in the Sears wing. Amidst all the colorful red-and-white decorations, he’ll settle in and be ready to visit with little ones and hear holiday wishes and dreams.

Visits with Santa are at no charge, but parents/caregivers can choose to purchase a commemorative photo. As a special treat, individuals who purchase a $25.99 or greater photo package will receive an additional 5”x7” photo at no charge. [Offer expires Wednesday, Dec. 9.]

Santa’s hours leading up to Thanksgiving are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Beginning Friday, Nov. 27, Santa will be in his studio from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday; and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Santa is at Stones River Mall daily, but he does take lunch and cookie breaks during the day. He will be at the shopping center until 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24.
