StoneCrest Medical Center is offering AngioScreen, a non-invasive vascular screening designed to provide information about circulation and risk of heart disease and stroke.

AngioScreen takes about 15 minutes, and it is completely painless and involves no radiation.  

The basic screening costs $50 and includes carotid artery ultrasound, blood pressure, ankle brachial index (both legs), body mass index, peak systolic velocity, heart rate and heart rhythm EKG.

The screening will be held by appointment between 9 a.m. untill 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, in the StoneCrest classroom in Smyrna.
