Stephanie Ann Rowlette Scruggs, 30, of Murfreesboro, died from a lengthy illness June 28, 2013, surrounded by her family at Middle Tennessee Medical Center.

She was a native of Murfreesboro and a member of World Outreach Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Rowlette; grandparents Mary Alice McKnight and T.R. and Beulah Rowlette.

Survivors include her husband, Jeremy Scruggs; mother and father, Debby and Thomas Rowlette; sisters Michelle Davy and her husband, Raymond, and Jennifer Allen and her husband, Seth; maternal grandfather Rev. Charles McKnight and his wife, Carolyn; mother and father-in-law, Melinda and Calvin Sanford; nieces and nephews Kayla and Christy Scruggs, Brooklyn and Wil Allen, and Abigail Davy.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 30, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Monday, July 1, in Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jim Wideman officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Seth Allen, Raymond Davy, Charles Andy Scruggs, Bobby McKnight, Calvin Sanford and Doug York.
