| The St. Rose Bocce Club is holding membership and sign-ups for the upcoming 2011 season.
The club is located on the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church’s campus on North Tennessee Blvd. with three bocce courts. All members must be 18 or over for Adult Leagues.
There will be three divisions of play on three different days: Saturday at 9 a.m., Sunday, 2 p.m. and Tuesday, 7 p.m. with the players having a choice of day of play. League starts on March 26, 27 and 29. Applications must be submitted by March 12.
Individuals, couple or entire teams for four can sign up with the individuals and couples will be put on teams where needed. The fee for the spring and Fall League is $20 and covers the entire year. The members will also be able to use the courts for their immediate family.
Besides league play, a scramble will take place on every Thursday at 6 p.m, (weather permitting) beginning this month on the same courts.
It will be open for anyone over 18, including non-members.
