St. Clair's Senior Center celebrates Noon Year's Eve | Event, New Year's, St. Clair Senior Center
Wanda Tipton rang in the Noon Year with her friends on New Year's Eve at St. Clair Senior Center.

The music of the Bill Sleeter duo serenaded the crowd as they toasted the New Year at noon.
