Unity Church of Life presents the sonic alchemy workshop and concert: “A Calling of Angels with the Sounds of Sacred Gongs – Holistic Healing Through Sound and Vibration,” presented by Richard Hite from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7.
In this transformative and healing workshop/concert, Hite – a licensed therapist and modern master of gongs – treats the audience to a sound-healing experience that has a reported profound and beneficial effect of wellness on all participants.
“We are very honored and excited to host Richard and experience the powerful therapy of his gong concert,” the Rev. Felicia Searcy said regarding the workshop and concert. “This will be the first time hosting Richard at our church and encourage people to come and bring a friend as it promises to truly be a one-of-a-kind, transformative, and healing experience.”
For 15 years, Hite has been using his gongs and sonic health and wellness therapies in hospitals and clinics, and has taught seminars at institutions such as Harvard Medical School.
