So I can get in a fight slice someone up and disfigure them for life and get 45 days. But if I share a little kiddie porn on the internet, 10 years. There should be a little balance to this justice thing.

"Gillman had collected dozens of videos that included bondage, rape, and violence perpetrated against young children, including infants"
Farmall, I read your rants all the time. Did you actually say "If I share a little kiddie porn?????".
Maybe if he was on steroids that would get you ruffled, since apparently raping small children and infants does nothing to you.
Seek help you disgusting excuse for a human being. Really, get some help. Comparing someone getting in a fight with another grown adult to sodomizing infants is out of the normal person's realm of thinking. I hope someone stops you soon.

Wow! Sometimes I can't believe the comments I read on here. Farmall, how you can compare viewing kiddie porn where the victim is completely innocent and will be screwed up for the rest of their life in so many ways...to anything is repulsive. Molestation of children is by far the worse crime I can think of. Your comment is simply sick. If there is balance of justice, this guy will spend the next 10 years getting the same treatment he was so fond of watching infants and children receive.

I was wondering who would take this ther wrong way, mind you, you didn't fail to disapoint. I have 4 children, and would do anything to protect them. All this guy did was view stuff on the internet. He didn't participate in it. I sure don't want him next door to me, nor would I want the Custer girl either. But the sentences don't balance. Why is somebody always injecting steroids into this. You must have me confused with someone else.

You are wrong. There is only ONE way to take your statement. So viewing child pornography is ok as long as you don't do it? And how do you know this sick bstrd didn't ever hurt children? My guess is he did and if not he would have. That's why these people are taken off the street, to prevent your "precious" children from being raped and murdered. Yea, your love for children is apparent, considering your backwards way of thinking. I feel sorry for your kids, because you are truly one of the biggest nutcases to roam the earth. I stand by my earlier statement. Get treatment. Why Mike West allows you to post on here any more is beyond me. It would certainly serve the rest of the community well for you to be banned from this site.

One thing I don't do on here is attack other posters. Even though I get attacked quite often. I did make a few comments about some political leaders. And Mr. West has deleted a couple of those, its his paper and his right. And if he requested me not to post anymore I wouldn't. If I remember right when we signed up, we were asked not to verbally attack anyone personally. I don't mind if you don't agree with me. Calling me and my family names only reflects poorly on you.

You state yourself you wouldn't want him living next door to you. Well if he didn't get locked up, he had to live somewhere. Do you suggest he lives next to my kids? Someone else's? As long as yours aren't involved, it is ok. I see. I get it now. Attacking someone who supports the distribution of child pornography does not reflect poorly on me. I will protect all children, not just mine.

If you don't like porn then get off the internet, last I heard it was still the most money making sector there. Now how you got the idea that I was for it, is beyond me. I have no problem with him getting 10 years, have a problem with Custer only getting 45 days.
And yes I don't want him or his kind living anywhere near any children. But its my job to protect mine. I may not be able to protect yours as well. Its like a rapist getting 12 years and a murderer only getting 4. Happens, but its not equitable. (for the last time I have nothing to do with kiddie porn, glad he got nailed for it.)

Farmall your explanation now makes sense, but at your first comment, I can see how the others would take it as it appears.
Your comparison of the sentencing in the Custer case to this one though, is a bit far-fetched. The man did not simply click on his computer and view. He transported, possessed, received, and traded it. His sentencing is more than equitable. Plus it's only a matter of time when perverts like Gillman cross the line from entertaining themselves to carrying out their acts.
