Police departments in La Vergne and Smyrna are seeking possible victims who may not have reported a crime.

Smyrna resident Winston Dale Williams, 69, has been arrested on felony charges of sexual battery. His arrest follows a three-week investigation by the criminal detectives of the cities.

Williams, who also goes by the nickname, Dub, is an independent insurance agent who sells various policies for numerous insurance agencies throughout the U.S. He has visited a large number of homes in the Middle Tennessee area and police have confirmed at least two complaints against the suspect.

"We believe there may be more victims who live alone that have not reported the incident," said La Vergne Detective Bob Hayes. "If Williams has been to your home and you had a problem with him, for example unwanted sexual advances, please contact your local police."

According to Sgt. Bobby Gibson of the Smyrna Police Department, the Smyrna victim is signing an arrest warrant today for felony sexual battery.

Smyrna residents may call the Smyrna Police Department at 459-6644 and La Vergne residents can contact La Vergne Police Department at 793-7744.
