Siegel High School JROTC Rifle Team was one of 16 precision rifle teams that qualified for the 2009 Army JROTC Service Championship out of 1,645 programs in the United States and overseas. The Army Service Championship was held at Camp Perry, Ohio from Feb.12-14. Siegel High School won second place overall with a team score of 4,584 points. Siegel High School will be invited to the JROTC Air Rifle National Championships in March at Ft. Benning, Ga. Each service from the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps JROTC will send their four best precision air rifle teams to compete in the National Championships. |
